Responsibilities
-
Assist clients with personal services, such as, bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Monitors client condition by observing physical and mental condition.
-
Supports clients by providing housekeeping and laundry duties, errands and other household requirements.

Preparing and serving meals and snacks.

Help care for the client by ways to transferring, lifting, turning, and re-position the client.

Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care

Records client information by making entries in the clients home notebook
-
Notifying Agency Director of any change to client care or unusual conditions.

Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy client environment, follow prescribed dietary requirements and nutrition standards.

Protects the home care agency by adhering to professional standards, agency policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements.

Observe, record & report self-administrated medication
